General FAQ
Where has the decimal place gone from the keypad?
iPad and iPhone OS4.0 users may experience an issue with a missing decimal point on their keypad in Invoice2go and many other apps.
A recent update to the Invoice2go app has resolved this issue in iPads, and provided a patch for iPhone users, however you still may experience some glitches with the keypad for the next few weeks while we work on a final fix for this issue.
If you are up-to-date with your iOS4 and Invoice2go software, the decimal point will reappear in the keypad if you tap on the field you wish to enter a value into. If this does not happen on your device, please read below for two alternative work arounds.
Select before and after the decimal place
Many fields within Invoice2go will have a default value already containing a decimal place. By pressing on the input box momentarily you will be able to move the curser across the number value. This way you can change the values before the decimal point, then slide the curser to after in order to change the rest.
Copy, Paste
Select and copy a decimal place from within the Invoice2go iPhone app. Many input fields automatically contain a decimal place which you can copy. Then paste the decimal as needed.
This issue is caused by the OS4.0 update, if you rely heavily on Invoice2go we suggest that you refrain from updating your iPhone OS until we have resolved this issue.
