Add a logo or customize your layout

You can setup your own logo in seconds just go to the Setting tab and tap Setup my Logo. If you want to do more than add a logo to your document and you need to change the design then tap Upload Custom Style and follow the instructions.

Finish the job right then and there

Don't wait to get home and then start the office work. When you finish the job send the invoice then and there. This gives you time to relax when you get home.

Leave nothing to chance

Print Preview your documents before you send them. Just select Actions -> Preview while the document is open and pinch to zoom.

Email invoices as PDF files directly from your iPhone to customers. Avoid printing and snail mail and get paid faster.

PayPal built right in!

In just seconds you can add a PayPal button onto your invoices so customers can pay you instantly. Just go to the Settings tab and choose PayPal.

Choose an Invoice style to suit you

There are 10 built in document styles to choose from. You can change your selected style at anytime in the Settings tab. If nothing suits you, then you can always Upload a Custom Style.

All Invoice2go data is stored locally on your device. This means you do not need an internet connection to view your information. Which means you can create new documents and edit existing documents anywhere and anytime.

Add items in just a couple of touches

Create your own products and services list for common items that you sell in the Products tab. Tap the Pick from List button when adding items to then choose from your Product list.

Finding invoices and other documents

To open Invoices and other documents you created earlier, go to the Folders tab then select the corresponding folder.

Payment information on your invoice

If you would like to add your banking details onto your invoice, then add this information in the Default Invoice Comment section in the Settings tab. It will then display at the bottom of your invoice.

Save time when emailing

To save time when emailing documents setup a Default Email Message in the Setting tab.

Add or Remove invoice sections

The Invoice Options on the Settings tab lets you add or remove sections of the Invoice based on your business practices. For example you can hide or display shipping information.

Choose how your discounting works

If your company offers discounts you can setup your preferred Discount Option in the setting tab.

Marking Invoices as Paid

To set an invoice to Paid, tap the Paid cell while the invoice is open. Paid invoices are automatically moved to the Paid Folder. You will no longer find them in the Invoices folder.

Need to know what's been sent

The sent status in the folders can tell you whether the document has been sent via email or export. A status of Pending means the document is still waiting to be sent.

No limit on adding items

You can add as many items as you like to invoices. You can also add as much text as you like for each item. When the document is generated the row height will automatically increase to accommodate all the text that you have entered.

Picking Customers & Suppliers

The fastest and easiest way to add customers to invoices, is to select a contact from your iPhone Contacts. To do this tap the + button in the Customer details screen.
